Creating UDQs on the Serial File to Hold Dimensions

The dimension information (length, width and quantity) is held in three separate UDQs on the serial file. These UDQs are invisible to users during order entry, however the dimensions they enter in the order entry screens are used to complete the UDQs.

  1. In MRF, select MAINTENANCE | EDIT COMPANY.
  2. Select the company you want to edit.

Micronet displays the Change Existing Company screen.

  1. Select EDIT | USER DEFINED FIELDS.

Micronet displays the Enter User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Choose the Add button.
